DIMA was founded in 1986 developing tools and machines for the electronic industry. Starting with tools for surface mount technology DIMA soon designed a series of manual dispensing units that in 1989 were followed by her legendary “Dot master”. Several years later DIMA diverted the “Dot master” into the “Dispense master”. This made it possible to master most complicated automatic dispensing jobs. In 2004 DIMA launched the revolutionary new Hybrid HC-100/200 platform that with its modular concept and its “DIMA Soft user interface” still leaves all competitors far behind. Constant development on valves and platforms keeps DIMA constantly one step ahead in almost every dispensing and coating job. During the years Dispense Technology with coating and dispensing applications made more and more part of DIMA’s business. DIMA also sold more and more special machines based on technology that was known within the company. This made DIMA decide to split up the company in separate divisions operated separately from the rest of the products manufactured in the DIMA Group. Many well known international companies are working satisfied with DIMA’s equipment. The quality from special products comes from proven technology adapted to be a special.
